Zanette Phillips is an entrepreneur, business manager, qualified trainer, author and small business owner. Her background has been in office administration and business management for over 30 years, in over 20 different industries such as fabrication, engineering, retail, hospitality, building trades, state and local government, training and mining.
Cash flow control and cost management in addition to accounting, budgeting, debt collection and systems control has been her strengths.
In 2013, Zanette established Biz Skills to assist small business owners struggling with increasing customer debt to learn proactive skills in order to manage the debtor’s ledger and reduce the risk of unpaid invoices through online video lecture courses.
Currently a new set of online digital literacy video courses is being added to the website. These courses will be focusing on people who wish to learn basic skills and will initially be Basic computer, Word and Touch Typing.
Zanette joined CCBWN initially in 2012, had a break in Cairns for a couple years and joined CBWC. After re-joining the Network, Zanette nominated for Treasurer and now is the President of CCBWN.
