You will now find The Butcher's Wife on the PIE MAP OF AUSTRALIA, featuring our 'PADDOCK TO PIE' huge home-made gourmet pies made with our beef, raised and processed in Silkwood by us - SILKWOOD VALLEY BEEF. You'll find lots of local products, gifts and convenience items (milk, eggs, fresh sourdough, local pepper, veggies) and while you visit you can pick up your beautiful meat from Silkwood Butchery, who has been operating since 1961.
